Privacy Policy

This policy describes how SwapTech (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the SwapTech Mobile Android application and related APIs hosted at https://www.swaptech.lebawi.net.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: username, display name, email, phone (if provided), and role-based permissions required to sign in and use authorized modules.
• Business data: sales, purchases, inventory, field programs, expenses, and other records you create or view through the app, stored on our servers as part of your organization’s use of the platform.
• Device & technical data: app version, API requests, and error diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.
• Location (optional): if you use HRM attendance check-in with geofence enabled, the app may send coarse or fine location only for that feature and only when you initiate check-in/out.

2. How we use information

• Authenticate you and enforce role-based access (RBAC).
• Sync offline actions and display dashboards, reports, and module features you are permitted to use.
• Send in-app or local notifications related to sync and operational alerts configured by your administrator.
• Improve security (rate limiting, audit logs, fraud prevention).

3. Storage and security

Access tokens are stored on your device using the platform secure storage (EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android). Data in transit should use HTTPS in production. Server-side data is kept in our hosted database with access restricted to authenticated users according to permissions assigned by your organization.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers that host infrastructure (e.g. cloud or datacenter) under contract.
• Authorities when required by applicable law.
• Other users in your organization only as permitted by your assigned roles (e.g. shared CRM or PMS records).

5. Retention

We retain account and business records for as long as your organization uses the service or as required for legal, tax, or audit obligations. You may request deletion of your user account through your organization’s administrator.

6. Your choices

• You can sign out to remove session tokens from the device; uninstalling the app removes locally stored tokens.
• Location can be denied in Android settings; attendance geofence features may not work without permission.
• Contact your admin to update profile fields or access rights.

7. Children

The app is intended for business users and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
